I have been blessed with fine hair. frown I have highlights in my hair that helps give me a little body but also seems to dry out my hair a little. I was wondering what a good shampoo and conditioner I can use that is not heavy. I use Biosilk Silk Therapy before I dry my hair and it seems to help with the stringy hair a little. I just need a shampoo and conditioner that wont weigh down my hair and make it anymore flatter then it already is.

Nioxin Cleanser and Scalp Therapy (shampoo and conditioner)build body and keep your hair in great shape. System #3 is for fine hair that is chemically enhanced.

I have thin, fine hair also but don't want to use chemicals on my head! I've found that a good, short hair style has worked wonders for me.

I was SO glad my daughter was born with her dad's hair, thick and with natural curl.

Are there any natural things that you could put on your hair to make it seem thicker?

Nioxin is natural based. No chemicals. I'm sure there are other natural products out there.

Thanks Lynne, I was able to find the shampoo at Costco. A 33.8 ounce bottle was $19.99. They did not have any conditioner. It has a mint smell to it. I hope the smell does not stay in my hair though.

Thanks Lynne for letting me know about the Nioxin being naturally based. I also shop at Costco so will look for it.
