The World Board gaming Championships are just a few weeks away. The fun begins July 31st and lasts until August 5th in Lancaster, PA. The event draws about 1,000 board game players from around the world who take part in playing their favorite board games.
Some events might be for experience board game players, but a lot are designed for newbies. The WBC is put on every year by the
Boardgame Players Association.
It looks like a fun event. Might have to check it out next year as I will really need to plan ahead to travel that far from home.
