I don't think much of him. What he says doesn't tend to be wrong, but he's just not very intelligent. He has strange ideas about state's rights, they're all reversed. He puts bureaucracies in the responsibility of the federal government, and issues of civil liberties in the hands of the state government. Doesn't make any sense at all.
