omg, that is unbelieveable. How can the judge set this killer free. I can only imagine the pain the child's mother is dealing with.
That judge should to reported to the commision on judicial conduct

What a way to screw with that mom! My youngest turned 18 last week and graduated from highschool yesterday. In August, she will be heading to the dorms for her first year of college. I have 2 older on their own. I'm feeling a huge loss and wondering where my life goes next. For 26 years, I've been a struggling single mom. That's what I was and who I was. Today I'm feeling kinda lost and alittle scared, but there's also a hint of excitement for tomorrow as I start this next phase. I cannot in any stretch of imagination understand that woman's loss and continued mind-****! Today, Mother's Day, I raise my glass to that woman. I wish I could do more.

It is unbelievable. This is terrible. I hope that justice will prevail in this case.

cd~I have never honestly looked into any great depth of other countries systems. I do know some countries as evident by Saddam's swift hanging earlier this year do not mess around with multiple appeals etc.
