I'm Lucy and this is my first trip here. I'm very much into yoga and health and wellness, particularly for the kids. I live in Toronto, Canada and thank goodness it's summer(ish) now. I really don't like the cold weather. Anyway, I'm new to expressing myself online, but I wanted to get started by starting a blog and talking to a few people. So Hi!!! here I am. If you want to read my blog (it only has one little post right now but the girls look really cute doing yoga) you can find it at yogagirls.blogspot.com. Hope to see you all here and there and I'd love to hear from any of you who have the time to say hi to a newbie.

Hey Lucy,

My name is Carol. I liked your blog. It's great that you're getting kids to be more active. I have recently graduated college and will start teaching a first grade class. I would love to get some ideas for fun and simple ways to get my future students to be active. I will be limited to a small area in my classroom. I practice yoga myself so I can use some of it. You are doing a great job, keep it up!!!!
