Vince McMahon has taken his story lines again to an extreme by faking his own death.
What do you all think of this?

I haven't been watching the storyline, but so long as there's no more "Owen Hart" type gimmicks I guess anything goes.
I found the Vince vs God thing pretty offensive, but faking his own death? I'm ok with that.

All your comments just goes to show that nobody can play the heel better than Vince McMahon. You guys have totally bought into his wrestling persona.

It is kind of sad that a wrestling company can't create convincing enough heels to the point where they have to keep coming back to relying on the actual boss to play the part. I mean it's been going on for 10 years now, maybe longer!

That's a very good point. Enough of Vince already!

I think it's much much better for Wrestlers to be the Big heels. And I disagree, there are plenty of great current and former heels (HHH, Randy Orton) for eg.
They could make an awesome Heel manager with Ric Flair.
And they totally should have made Cena a Heel when the bad heat was on. He would've been totally Huge. And his inevidable face turn would've been even bigger.

BOOO YOUR ANIME! Ring Of Honor Obsidiana!

Anyhow, as far as him being a heel, he's definitely one of the better, but it's only natural after the past. However, I just think he has x-pac heat, where they just want him to stop showing up. Not because he's a heel, but because it's wasting their time. I was impressed w/ his acting during his "losing his mind" gimmick before he died, but still, you air that in its entirety, yet cut away from a good Benoit/Edge match? I say boo to that as well!

The one thing that I think Vince should (but never will be) concerned with is that there is an entire creative team which apparently can't think of decent storylines for the actual wrestlers/talent. If he thinks the best thing for the company is 24/7 Vince-is-dead drama, than maybe that's not such a good reflection on the product that they've been putting out. Although I'm well aware even if they had been putting out five-star shows every day, he'd still find a way to hijack it.

I'm with the train of thought that people are just tired of Vince wasting TV time that workers should be getting. It has nothing to do with buying into his character, (or lack there of) as much as what it does with taking away mic or wrestling time from the new up and coming stars.

All this is going to lead into is the Mr Macmahon character getting more storytime without Vince even having to be on screen which will head straight into his miraclous return.
