He says that counseling will not help right now because there is lot of chemical disturbance in the mind that needs to be treated first.

I am not a psychiatrist, but I cannot see how counselling will not help you. Even if there are chemical imbalances in the brain, you can still benefit from a good counsellor who is prepared to listen, and support, and meet your psychological needs. Someone who can guide you and help you to understand yourself and what is happening to you on a psychological level.

The medical and the psychological are not incompatible.

I know what you are saying Ann. I took two more opinions. There are some reasons about this. I had taken counseling but it was not working. Wait, I will write soon.

"I get phases and attacks of that then I lose all my senses. i had one half an hour back. They occur many times during a day and some of them are weak while others are very intense.

I lose my control of mind."
