first, you must be leveled quite well, almost all the way round the grid. once you have him back into his shell, cast hastega on your party, put a reflect spell on him to reflect all the curagas, and then doublecast ultima on him with everybody in your party (Lulu, Yuna, and 1 other), becuase ultima cannot be reflected. it will take some time, but he will eventually lose his shell, and then proceed as you did before he shelled up. good luck <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
