What romances have you read and loved that had a hero/ine with some sort of disability? What made the book so special?

Hi New to the Board, what fun! The ones that come to mind right off are the Duke for The Duke and I by Julia Quinn (he was a studderer) and a character from Eloisa James who had a back or hip issue where she couldn't walk for long periods or pick up heavy things well. Can't remember the book off hand.
