Ive had my belly pierced done 2 week and a few days, ive been cleaning it regulary and today ive noticed puss has been coming out of it from the top were the ball is on..what is this?

First of all, I'm not a medical professional, and I can't truly tell what might be going on over the internet. Secondly, what you are calling pus may or may not be pus.

Pus is greenish-yellowish in color and is a sign of an infection. If this is the case, you need to go see your body piercer or a doctor for further advice.

Lymph fluids, which tend to be clear to whitish in color, are a natural part of the body piercing healing process. These are produced by the skin and there's going to be plenty of this on and off as your navel heals.

Try cleaning your navel with dial anti-bacterial liquid soap three times day. As Rae said there is a difference between pus and normal body fluid. If you are experiencing soreness then mix 1 teaspoon epson salt in 8 oz of warm water and soak your navel in it for a few minutes. If the fluid that comes out of your navel is yellow, green, puruelent or has a foul odor then you need to see a doctor as you may have an infection going on.
