Ok im Back!!

I do not believe that hell fire and damnation is the best way to witness. The bible said go forth and Spread the Good news! there is no good news in going to hell!!! In Jesus's life you see Him heal the sick, raise the dead and Jesus never told them your going to hell or I wont help you if your not a chirstian...

I believe that the best way to Witness is by actions! people will watch you and your actions more then they will lesson to your words. But if your words dont match your actions then no one believes anything you say.

Think about this put your self in there place and see how you would react to them preaching hell fire and damnation! It is the same if a Islamic comes up and trys to convert you right? you feel attacked and threatened. well add to the face that they turn around and tell you God is Great and loveing? now you think they are nuts a God that sends you to Hell then saves you?

So how do you witiness?

I try to get to know the people that God puts in my life. I help them and When God opens a door and they ask me what I believe and Why I do I tell them. I dont use the Bible says so or my family says or the church says I use the personal aproche. God showed Him self to me and I believe because I have questioned and soul seachered and Found Him to be true!! I use the Bible as my guide to help me find wisedon and know God better but I also have Christian friends and I can ask for help. God has given me the Freedom to be how I am and to question what i dont understand until I can find it true for my self. I do not need approvel of others. God made me who I am and I am working in my own way to become that person!!

This is my testemony I dont ask others to believe what i do or to do what i do or go to my church! If they ask me or God wills me to then I tell them how to get saved.

If they do not want to be saved then i dont force them or guilt them into converting. I have been through that when I was i child and I have watched kids be converted on this basis and I dont think anyone should live through the pain that it causes!

When you wake up and think Why? and there is no one there and you start to question if your really saved or worthy to be saved or part of the Choosen...that is HELL!!! more so if you never even questioned or was not allowed to Question or reseach other faiths to find out on your own what you believe.

Wise words Freebubbles.

Teaching by example is always the best way to get any message across.

With all loving wishes,

Patience.

Thank you Patience!! I just dont see how agrueing facts and theology makes people change! Faith is personal not facts and theories to cause hard feeling between people! Thank you for your support!!

I know that there are other Chirstians who believe this way to at lest to a degree anyways!!!

Yes my friend. I have had the honour of knowing many of them, and I can see that you are what I would describe as a true Christian.

Thank you for being YOU!

Patience.

So, Free,

What happens to the people on Judgment Day who are not saved?

The ones who refuse to hear the Good News? The people who refuse to believe in Jesus or God, the Creator?

Where do they wind up after the Judgment?

Where do the people go who believe in spirit guides and faeries and that Mother Earth is actually a spirit?

Jesus spoke quite a bit about Hell in the Bible. He spoke more about Hell than He did about prayer.

I really do not like telling people that is where they are going if they refuse to believe because I do not want that to be the reason they accept God. I want them to accept God and Jesus because they want to. Because they love Him, not for fear of going to hell.

Some people need that stick waved in their face sometimes.

I have been challenged and ridiculed on these forums for trying to spread the Good News but I have persevered over it.

I have been told that the Bible is a fairy tale, that it is abundantly full of mistakes,(which I am still waiting for the mistakes to be pointed out) that it is not the Word of God, that there is no such thing as God or Hell and that Jesus was just a normal man.

How about you Free? What do you have to say about those things?

Do you deny that non-believers will wind up in Hell after the Judgment?

Faith is personal alright. It is the only way you are getting into Heaven. Faith in God, faith in Jesus Christ.

Faith is also facts. The fact that Jesus Christ was sent to earth to die for our sins through the loving Grace of God.

The fact that non-believers will not see the splendor of Heaven.

So were Free's wise words and loving example enough for you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?

mmm Where do non Christians Go after they die?

Where ever God choses to put them! and that Goes for Christians also!!! I am Not God I dont play at being God!!

What I dont see is if you have to threaten some one with hell then they are not for you to save! You can not save anyone Only a Loveing God who meets us where we are in his time and place!!

True if you argue facts and science and theology then they will most likely slam you because they see you as a threat and offencive to them!!! Jesus was Meek and mild in his teachings he used storyies the people understood and could relate to because He knew the people!! we are not God and Can not know people like He did but we can take the time to get to know them!! Let Go and Let God! God has brought into my life people that I thought would never ever believe in God but we agreed to disagree and we learned what mattered to the other and God Opened a door for me to witness... I did not have to preach, im not a preacher, I didnot have to scare anyone they came willingly!!

Where do I think they go? I will not denine what the bible says but I also dont think it is my place to judge! I refuse to tell people I do not know or understand that they are going to hell because I do not want God to say I dont know or understand you so go to hell!! HE can really send me THERE!!!

Amadeus,

Freebubbles' words were sufficient to show me that she is a person who respects what others hold sacred. A life lived with love is to me a holy life.

Whether or not I accept Jesus as my saviour is not the point here. This isn't about me. it is about what is the most effective way of witnessing to others. A person is going to be more likely to consider Christianity if they are not threatend and had the Bible thrown at them.

I have made my choice, and I am happy with that. But I do admire and respect those who live their faith by EXAMPLE.

Not everyone is a Christian, and not everyone wants to be, or will ever be, but they have the right to be respected in what they hold sacred. I believe that Freebubbles sincerely does that. She lives her faith through love and not through lectures.

Whatever a person's religion, I believe that, if there is a God to judge us, we will all ultimately be judged on how we have loved. Right now, Amadeus, you are threatening and judging Freebubbles. Not something I could see Jesus doing.

Patience.

Thank you Patience for your kind words! I dont remember what religion you are but thank you for proving my point! With so much anamosity in the world the last thing people want is some one trying to forse there faith on them! and with christians being so divided on issues, Catholic, Prosetent, Mormon, Jehovah' s Witness...just to name a few!

It is one thing to ask questions and learn about others it is another to debate them to the point or fighting and becomeing enemies!!! Satin is the enemy not other humans! We should show love and respect not hate! you get more flies with honey then with vinager!!!
