has anyone around here beaten all dark aeons? i heard if u do, u encounter penance, the final challenge around in ffx.
if u have, where did u encounter penance and the major question:
can u still do it, when u were in sin and then came out? Cos shiva is gone, or can u tell me where i encounter here. til now i beat Valefor, Joyinbo, bahamut and the magus sisters.

p.s for all ya Joyinbo users u dont have to pay him all your gold and u dont have to have around 1.000.000 gil per dark aeons. it works as follows:
make an overdrive summon of him, AND then ONLY pay him half your gold + double the price u bought him for. if it dont works u should give him money til the money u still have is smooth. as an example u give him 350.000 and still have 302.934 it might not work, but if u pay 352.934 gil and have still 300.000 gil it works near 100%.
til now i beat one dark aeon with zanmatou for 91.974 gil. not much eh? :-)

u can find dark shiva outside macalania temple.

but she gets first go and does a triple attack which does 99999 to all, game over.

no... i killed her.(auto haste for yuna, tidus; and tidus with first strike weapon)
anima overdrive: 637.000 dmg
magus trio overdrive: 479.000dmg
magus trio two goes afetr overdrive: 99.999dmg

dead.

but anyone here who knows penance?

I have no idea what a Dark aeon is. can somebady help me out here?

To defeat the dark aeons,use yojimbo. He does an attack that kills in one strike

Yojimbo's attack is more or less randomated though isn't it? And unless you have enough Gil to get it first time, you have to fight the long way.

How many of the Light curtains or whatever it is you need do you need to have to get Auto Haste? Almost have enough now, but what fiend drops them?

I can't get Anima on my current game, thus no Magus sisters either, so beating the Dark Aeons is a bit out of reach until I complete the sphere grid for each character! Not gonna happen soon..

Is there an item that alloqws you to customize your armour so you can have more than 9999 HP permanently? I have the MP one, and the damage one so far.

Hmmmm Not sure about the light curtain but I think it was someone in the cave before u get to Ruins of Zanarkand (You steal it from a the giant blue thing with HIIIGH def)
Or maybe it was Star curtain but its worth a try go and look on my current game i'm not there yet i'm right now at this moment fighting Seymour for the second time

You can steal light curtains from the Iron Giant <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If u pplz are having trouble with a boss all i do is get yojimbo's overdrive up full then i use zanmato which costs me bout 10000 gil. I only really use this on the dark aeons
