I enlarged the image of his picture, and on his face I saw resentment and bitterness. His body language suggested pride and arrogance.
Yep! I go a lot by what I see in people's faces, but I could very well be quite wrong!
I would guess that he was not a very happy child, or a contented man.
Patience.

Amadeus, that is very interesting, and it supports the 'picture' I saw too.
Thanks for sharing.

The truly sad part is that not all those who practice the old ways are like Crowley, in fact very few are. Most of us tend to be just plain ordinary people whose focus is the Earth.

Yes. It is very wrong, and tragic, when everyone gets tarred with the same brush.
Patience.

Tribalistic mentality: a type of thinking that emphasizes similarities between people sharing the same cultural, national, or religious groups and differences between people from different cultural, national, or religious groups. Tribalism can be very helpful at keeping people in line within one's own culture, but it also leads to increased problems and a tendency towards violence with other cultures. Nationalism and monotheism are examples of social structures that rely upon tribalistic mentality.
The opposite of tribalistic mentality is humanism: a view that emphasizes similarities between all humans, not just one particular group of them.

If we continue to teach our children about tolerance and intolerance rather than good and evil, we will end up with an entire generation that simply tolerates evil. Tolerance is the last virtue of a degenerate society.

Crowley isn't one of my favorite people.. but his quote was pretty insightful.. Personally, I am not so much afraid of what hell may hold as I am what heaven may hold. But, since I am not going to either location, I suppose the point is moot.
Im am just curious about why you would be more afriad of heaven then hell?! I have never heard of that before!! Pm me if you like!!

Tolerance is about respecting what others believe and hold sacred. It is about accepting our differences, racial, sexual, cultural and spiritual, and not hurting others because they look differently, speak differently, worship differently or have diffenent life styles or sexual orientations. Tolerance has nothing to do with tolerating evil. Patience.

I agree and i disagree to! I think we should tolerate other but we should not role over and change to be PC! for exmple! takeing prayer out of school, this means not one can pray so the athist are the only ones happy! I believe Prayer and God are genaric terms anymore not just christian. I think all the kids who want to pray should be able to and be tolerated my the others... but thats just me
