WOW! No fighting in forum please. Debate is good and healthy as long as it stays somewhat on topic... But Amadeus is correct that this forum is not set up to be a place to air personal grievances with one another. That is what email and private messages are all about.

I enjoy reading both of your posts, and would encourage both of you to continue to post, but on topic only.

And Amadeus.. I may not subscribe to your beliefs, but I do enjoy reading about them. I have actually learned a great deal from all the posters in this forum, including both you and Dave.

Love and Light..

Amadeus, nothing is 'hogwash'. What you say and believe should be accepted with respect. I might not agree with you, but I defend your right to say and believe it and I respect your beliefs. If others do not, then they have much to learn about compassion and acceptance.

Bless you!

Ann.

Hi Ganish
How are you? Why you post instead of your wife? You can post with the name of yourself and we will be glad to have you here either.
For quit, hope you weren't serious.

Oh thanks for information.
I saw nearly same situation about Islam.
People here vow to Shiite saint tombs and several times it happened their patient became heal or their problem removed! Ridiculously we tell every saint is expert in a kind of disease and illness. Most of them can cure infertility but for cancer just big ones. lol

This is abig paradox.

We appreciate one who persisis in his/her beliefs.
We also blaim them that they are just not ready to listen and change their views.

Wars have been fought by leaders who maintained their position.
Families break down because of this.
Friendships break down because of this.

Think of this paradox again.

Is not acceptance and respect the answer to the paradox?

Patience.

Linda and Ann, thank you for your kind words. I too have learned a lot from these forums and about the different beliefs.

I am very happy to hear that the information I have been giving is a learning experience as well instead of just being passed off as: "A Christian is saying that so it really doesn't mean anything" attitude.

I pray that I continue to give helpful, learning responses in these forums and I look forward to learning more about your different beliefs. As you said, Linda, I may not subscribe to your particular beliefs, but they are fascinating to learn about.
