I smoke a lot and this has affected my teeth. I read this article which talks about how teeth whitener can work wonders for teeth.

Smoking is really going to adversely effect the way your skin looks . It will contribute to a lot of facial wrinkle. That does not even address what it is doing to your insides. But anyway, Crest White strips have always worked pretty well for me.

I love Crest White Strips... I don't smoke though or drink soda (only tea) so I have minimal staining...so not sure how that would work. People constantly compliment me on how white my teeth are. Only down fall is I sometimes get sensitive teeth after I use the strips.

Since you will be whitening as long as you have teeth... may as well go to the dentist, get a mold done, and take home the little rubbery plastic molds. Then, you can go in and get "refills" for the whitener whenver you need them. Maybe like 4x a year after that. Start up is the most money, maybe close to $300 or more... but the tubes are around $20, and you only need some of the tube every few weeks... In the end, you get teeth white the quickest (it's really quick!) and you can save money.
