To get Anima, after you have the airship, go to Baaj Temple and down in the ruins underwater you'll find the temple there. You'll find the door leading to the Fayth of Anima and in order to get Anima you have to have found all the secret hidden treasure in all the temples. A total of 6. After you find the hidden treasure you go and activate the statues in Baaj Temple and the barrier blocking the door leading to Anima will dissapear.
