Yup! Epona starts out as a colt and then when you grow up, she grows up as well! I still remember the song to call her, too

#16: In Final Fantasy IX, what is the game you play with 2 kids before you watch the play? The one where you're trying to beat your record.

Yup, it's jump rope!! Just one more question to be the winner!

Current scores:

Saturn: 9
David: 4
Architect: 1
Shawn: 1
Josh: 1

Can anybody else interrupt the winning streak?

OK, we have to make #17 sort of tricky, if it's really the 'game winning' question. Hmmmmm.

#17: In the Atari 2600 console game "Adventure", you were a little "square" running around trying to get a gold chalice. There were three dragons guarding treasures. What colors were they?

THe dragons were called Yorgle, Grundle, and Rhindle and their colours match their names (yellow, green and red).

Do I get anything for being runner up? Do you still have that terrific photo of you in the Japanese garden?

Hey David! You're not the runner up, the game is to the first person to get 10 right answers, so you're definitely still in the running! It's now

Saturn: 9
David: 5
Architect: 1
Shawn: 1
Josh: 1

And yes you're right on the dragons. I *loved* that game! The graphics weren't the best, but it was a ton of fun

If you mean the one where I'm sitting by the stone lantern, it's up here -

if you mean another one, I'd have to go track it down

#18: In the *original* game of Adventure (the text one, 'colossal cave') there's a Hall of the Mountain King, with a snake in it. How do you deal with the snake?

There's a bird you can get which scares the snake.

Yup, that's right! I *loved* that game. In fact I found it on line, so you can play it on the web! Way neat!!

I'm glad you like that picture of me, it's one of my favorites. That version is sort of low quality because I wanted it to load quickly. It was taken in my favorite garden, the Japanese Garden in St Louis Missouri. When I lived in St Louis I used to go there all the time.

Anyway, the score is now

Saturn: 9
David: 6
Architect: 1
Shawn: 1
Josh: 1

#19: In Zork (the original text one), what did you use the coal for?

Well I'm just trying to give him a run for his money so this is a quick shot --- you use the coal to make a diamond?

I used to play a few text adventures but not Zork itself oddly.
