Mmmmm, I've got some good recipes too. Okay, thanks for the idea. That should be an easy one to handle.

One of my readers asked for some yummy, nutritious smoothie recipes. I'll have to conjure up some of those.

I didn't read this and posted a new topic, but I was looking for some ways to mask veggies in recipes. I mentioned the spinach in meatballs idea...any others! And YES...we LOVE smoothies and would be excited about some new combinations! THANKS!!!
