The season finale of Supernanny on ABC hits at the core of AP philosophy. Mom wears her 14 month baby and still breastfeeds frequently. Jo (the "supernanny") admonishes her for her terrible parenting skills saying "She's 14 months and you've got her attached to you like koala bears!" and "If she's not on her hip, she's hanging off of her breast" while the announcer quips "Somebody give that baby a bottle!"
