Be a Part of the Fight to End Workplace Discrimination
The Human Rights Campaign is urging Congress to enact a federal law banning workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. To do that, we need to educate lawmakers, the media and the public about how this discrimination is hurting our community. And the best way to make our case is by putting a face to the policy by telling the stories of real people who have suffered the effects of job discrimination.

You can be a part of the movement for equality by sharing your own experiences with workplace discrimination. Your story can make a big difference.

Please share your story by filling out the form below. We appreciate your support in this crucial battle.

Your name and contact information will be kept confidential within a coalition of LGBT and civil rights groups, and we may share your story internally. We may contact you to discuss your story further or if we are interested in using your story in our lobbying and media efforts.

HRC will not use your name in any public discussion, or published documentation, of your case, without your consent. Nevertheless, you must provide this information in order to have your case included and help our campaign to end workplace discrimination.
