I lost weight on the Shapeworks diet and kept it off and I still use it today. It's definitely not a crash diet, but it works and its easy to maintain. It's based on balanced nutrition, and getting all the vitamins and minerals you need, and drinking lots of water. I found it was a really good lifestyle change.. When you're getting all the good nutrition you need everyday you don't feel tired and I felt alot prouder of myself everyday. It just made me feel healthy.

Sometimes it takes many different attempts at diets and exercise routines to find what works for you. I read that people who keep it off have failed a few times before they hit it. It just takes patience and repeated attempts to succeed.
