I found some Kraft BBQ sauce recently that is South Beach diet approved, meaning the sugar is low. It passed my husband's BBQ expert opinion as a good product.
If you want to be healthy, stick to chichen. Hot dogs are not healthy, unless maybe you get tofu hot dogs or something. I use beef that is raised with no hormones or antibiotics and is very lean but most hamburger isnt' that healthy either.
Kind of shoots a hole in traditional BBQing.
