I am not sure if you any of you have seen the wooden wicks but my husband bought me from a trip he took. It's really neat. It's like a mini fireplace. It cracks and pops.

I've seen those at a hair salon. Really neat concept. A way you can improve on them is to use a natural wax! Good luck!
