Ok this may sound strange but I'll explaine the situation after my question. Does anyone know if there is a legal way to get someone to move out of their town???? There is a family that lives in our town that is "too much". The short version is my nephew (10 yrs old) and his friend (10 yrs old) were on the bus, a younger boy (6 yrs old) got on. my newphews friend took the younger boys hat, the younger boy started hitting and kicking to get his hat back. My nephew told him to stop hitting him he didn't have the hat, the younger boy didn't, my nephew hit back, once. Supposedly there was an injury on the tip of the younger boys [censored]. The younger boys mother (is a nut case) now has pursed and gotten my nephew charged with assult and battery. The case has went to juvinile court. They met with the mediator and he has said he's referring the case back to court there will probably be a trail, he doesn't want to deal with this mother. She doesn't realize she's ruining 3 boys lives by doing this. So because they just moved to our town 4 years ago, I want to know if there's a legal way to make them leave, anyone know?????

I don't think you would be successful in railroading another family out of town, but you *can* document all the abuse and build a substantial case against the kid(s) at trial.

Are there previous complaints against the kid(s) for this sort of behavior? Or against the family for negligence in dealing with the behavior problems? Get this documented (names, dates, police officers invovled, etc.)

Previous incidents at school? Can this be verified by the school bus driver? Teachers? Counselors?

The goal is to refute your nephews case & show that he was acting in self-defense and put the responsibility back on the family involved to prove their case.
