my budgie doesnt like coming out of his cage. if i take him out he flys back to his cage. can someone help me?

Is there someone or some place that will help you trim his wings?

Can you take him into a small room away from his cage and keep the door closed while you play with him?

How long have you had this budgie, birdman? Did you take the time to let him settle into his new home?
