Kid has guts. I played HS basketball and in a JV game I took a charge from a girl and when i landed i hit the back of my head on the court then she landed on my head. Opened my eyes and only periferial vision (sorry about the spelling). I was rushed to the hospital and found out that my optic nerves were swollen and stuck behind my optic bone. I was immediatly put on steriods and eventually I regained full vision. Sad part is that now I have to have checkups almost twice a year to make sure that everything is okay... this happened 10years ago. Every once in awhile i will lose my vision and have to be put back on steriods.
Sooo needless to say yes that young man has guts!!!!
