I have been using Paint Shop Pro 9 and Animation Shop 3 for the last year and half. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for tutorials, how-to's (etc) on how to convert raster images to vector? <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I have tried googling, the help 'book' with PSP, even the PSP 9 for Dummies book - nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, Paint Shop Pro does not have the capability to convert raster images to vector format. However, Adobe Illustrator does have that feature which is called Live Trace. You can donwload a free trial of Illustrator from the Adobe website.

Also, you could probably find low cost or freeware programs that have this coversion feature. Just do a Google search for

raster to vector conversion software
