I have recently discovered the joy that is tapestry crochet and I was wondering if anyone has any tips. I notice that I can still kinda see the carried yarn underneath the sc and wondered if that was normal or am I not pulling the carried yarn taut enough.

This is my most recent adventure with tapestry crochet:



It's going to end up a black scarf with gold fleur-de-lis on either end (in honor of the New Orleans Saints)

Your scarf looks really good. I think your tension is fine.

There is a group called Crochet Partners and Carol Ventura herself (author, Tapestry crochet and more tapestry crochet )is a member. She does have online classes available,i saw it on their message board recently.
