Would really appreciate any suggestions from anyone on how to stop the condensation on the camper windows. Not a problem in summer, but with the cold weather, it is a problem.

Follow the warm weather. (Another lesson - sounds great in theory - a bit problematic in reality.)

Unless you have double-paned windows a cooler outside than inside temp will produce some - and sometimes alot - of condensation. Occasionally - especially lately in California - we even get condensation dripping from our closed ceiling vents.

That's just the way it is...condensation happens :<

Any other ideas or tips from our fabulous BellaOnline RV site readers?

Yep, we have gotten showered on by the dome condensation, also. We are heading south tomorrow. I have read about something that you put on mirrors or windsheilds to keep them from fogging up. Wondered if it would work on the camper windows. Anyone tried those?

Been experimenting. I know that somewhere on a frugal or helpful hint site, I saw what some one used to stop fogging up mirrors and windows. I tried three different things and think one of them works. Would love to hear if anyone else has success with this. I put shaving cream on the window, then wiped it off. Must leave a coating on the window. We went all night with no fogging and dripping. Whoopie!

Glenda,

Good to know. I spoke with my husband and he suggested a window defogger. Another idea he said we use :} is cracking the windows slightly.

I'll try your trick and see if it works for me - thanks - Evanne
