Hi, I haven't been on this forum before but wanted to tell you I've enjoyed the discussions and articles. I built a pond/waterfall at my home in Oregon when I lived there because we had irrigation run-off across the back of our house and I wanted to channel it and make it look nice. It worked out great.
I used the rocks we dug up on our property to build it and I always enjoyed looking out the kitchen window and seeing it there.
Thanks so much. You did a rain garden, a pond and a waterfall. How great for the earth. Texas rocks are a bit scarce and difficult to use, but you can still have a pond there.
