My DH operates on this assumption. His theory is, if its low fat, low carb, and/or sugar free, he can have more of it.

TOO MUCH food makes us fat. Moderation and Motivation is the key. Throw away all your diet books and repeat over and over everyday....

I no longer eat sugar free or fat free or even low fat. I find smaller amounts satisfy me and I am starting to lose weight again.
