Just race at Remiem temple to recieve it. You can find Remiem Temple by getting a chocobo and going back towards the entrance of the Calm Lands (the way you came in from Macalania) and in the far right side, there will be a feather on the ground. Hit X on the feather and the chocobo will fly to a new ledge where you just go forward and you'll find Remiem Temple there.
