I removed the URL since that was obviously a promo post, but it does bring up a good point. Super low carb is NOT good for you. Just because it's good not to fry yourself in the sun, for example, does not mean it's healthy to live in a sunless basement for your entire life.
Your body needs SOME carbs. The key is to give your body what it needs - but not all the incredibly excess sugar and nutritient-less junk food that many people eat.
Even if you're trying to lose a lot of weight, never go zero carb. It's not healthy for you. At your lowest levels, still make sure you get about 20g a day.
