I am at that edge of needing to hire. The biggere I get the less time I actually spend designing jewelry. I am not sure how to go about hiring someone. Debating if I should find some other stay at home moms and having them help with the business end, packing & shipping, customer service, inventory management...
Anyone else been at this step and how did you handle it?
