Hello again,
Just wondering if anyone has bought patterns from Epattern before? I did and no matter what, I can't open it after download. Now my mom tried and she can't open one. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Is it a pdf or what type of format is it. If it is pdf, make sure you go to www.adobe.com and get the free reader, if you allready have a reader, try to update it. Also email Epattern and let them know that you are unable to open it. On occassion the pdf's do become corrupted and can not be opened.

I got a pdf from a lady that decided to sell her Kool-Aid purse pattern and she gave me a

That's the first time I had that happen.
My son( the Computer Programmer ) had to get it to open for me with out that pass word , in case I had a senior moment.
I trust you can get the instructions to open that pdf.

This same thing happened to me. I had ordered a pattern from them and was unable to open it. I tried everything I could think of to open the pattern. I contacted them and they were very understanding and I received a refund that day.

Thanks Everyone,
I still was never able to open it, but my mom was able to purchase and open it. After she downloaded the new Adobe and with some work from someone else who knew about computers.
I think they should have a place telling you some computers won't accept the download.
I am still waitng to hear from someone regarding my refund. Thanks again! Pat
