so .. i cant open the chest to obtain Rikkus Godhand from Mushroom Rock . . and i cant open the chest to obtain celestial mirror for Yuna's Nirvana.

not sure what ive missed or why i cant open. Any help/tips/advice would be great.

You have gotten the cloudy mirror, but it has to be turned into the celestial mirror. This is done on the shimmering path in the Macalania Woods.

thanks for pointing me in the right direction tidus.. i finally found it.

however, i think i made a mistake by customizing aurons murasame cause now its name has changed and the quest items dosnt convert it to his ulti (unless i have to do this manually?) which i dont know how to do. <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

The murasame is not Auron's celestial, That is something different his celestial is Masamune, and the game will not let you customize it.

I followed all the steps to get the mirror to shine. I found the shiny path but can't seem to get it to work. I found the boy and the mother, spoke with them. I now see the path but can't figure out how to get the mirror to shine. Help please.

I got the mirror cleaned so I'm good to go on that portion. Now on to the next part.

You have to talk to the family at the south macalania area and then find the dad a few rooms away. closer to the calm lands. Then you go back and the whole family is there. talk to them and then you can get to the celestial mirror place.
