hi everyone,. i got my computer and i am crazy about it. it is soooo nice. has a plasma screen and hyperthreading and is sooooo much faster than my old one,. and the cool thing was it didn't cost me much. yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa thought i would share my news with you all. took me a little while to get it hooked up cause the guy who transfered my files(for free mind you) put a password into the computer and forgot to tell me what is was so couldn't get into it until yesterday morning. hehehehe now i am on all the time!!!! have a super weekend. merwyn

hi guys,. gotta tell you what happened today. am i a lucky girl or what? i saw that circuit city had this same computer on sale this week for 200.00 less than what i payed for it before them taking the other computer off, well i went in there this mornning and they honored it, so i got 200.00 more off my computer, merwyn

well, i finally got around to tinkering on mine. brought home some anti-spywear i got from IM department. for months now, i havent even been able to bring up the control panel, or My Computer. couldn't do thorough scan either. every thing just locked it up. errors and pop ups constantly.
so i ended up having to reformat the hard drive last night. and you won't believe it (or maybe you will), I ended up intalling the windows 98 instead of ME!!!! why didn't we through those out when we got ME, i'll never know. anyways, i had to reformat AGAIN with the ME software, after looking for it for almost an hour. ran Adaware and the Spysweep i got from work, and would you believe my computer is 100 times faster! and the never ending pop-ups have stopped. i was up till 3:00am this morning, but, gotta have the puter what ever the costs. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
