I'm just starting to learn html and css, so I'm still pretty new to it. When I redesign my webpage, and move it from FrontPage to Dreamweaver, and add css, I'd like to be able to do rounded corners, rather like the ones on BellaOnline's margins, only with all four corners rounded. I've looked at a few pages that are supposed to show you how, but they mostly seem to be explanations of the process of how they figured it out, which just confuses me. Is there a simple place to learn to do this, and can it be done without graphics? I haven't worked my way up to learning graphics yet.

The rounded corners on BellaOnline are made with images which is the most consistent way to do it. But since you want to try it with CSS, you might want to try this article. The author uses a lot of examples and gives support articles.
