If I am going to drink juice I am going to juice it myself because there is too much that is added to juices these days. But I would prefer to just have the fruit. Even thought there are benefits to juicing like the fact that it is easier to digest. I was just wondering what others though about juicing?

I love juicing! I belong to an organic food co-op and juicing is a great way to make sure I use up all my organic veggies. I can even juice the ones I'm not used to cooking and don't know what to do with.

One piece of advice is to get a good juicer. My website has a page on the benefits of juicing and how to choose a juicer-what features are offered and how to decide what you need. You can get a nice one for under $100.

It's really easy once you get the hang of it.

I have been juicing fora about 20 years now. (Less in winter with the cold ) Come spring I start jiucing again with celery( it cleanses and rejuvenates the kidneys ,also good in summer to cool down and also recommended for the Nerves. You can add an apple ( good for cholesterol) Beets are great for intestines and liver cleansing ,but add only one and add carrots, cucumbers .
Anything very green is good to add( parsley ,dandelion leaves for the chlorophyll to nourish and cleanse the blood and for energ.
Try getting a good juice book and experiment and see how you feel!
Diabetics ahave to be careful with beets as it is high in sugar and they should always add water to their juices( half and half)
Happy Juicing and Drink it slowly, mixing with your saliva!

I absolutely, positively LOVE juicing. I have a Jack LaLane juice and it is great. It costs around $99 from Target. There are GREAT health benefits of juicing, but I recommend juicing organic fruits and veggies so you don't drink lots of pesticides.

No other way to avoid pesticides?
