- Does it really matter that an actor is gay?

- Does it matter that a gay actor is playing a role that involves a heterosexual romance?

- Is it any of the public's business what an actor's sexual orientation is?

- If you are a fan of the show, will this influence how you feel about the character of George O'Malley?

I'm a Grey's Anatomy fan. I do not care if an actor/actress is gay. I don't go around in public asking non-actors if they are gay. It does not matter if actors are playing a heterosexual romantic role (doesn't this mean that they are really good actors?). I do not think it should be anyone's business what an actor's sexual orientation is. It's not relative to the show. I really don't feel any different about the character.

As I said in my article - I don't understand the big fuss made when it's found out these celebrities are gay. After all acting is acting - it's all about the make-believe and pretend anyways.
