Hi Life Coach,

There are plenty of over the counter products that work OK, they're all more or less the same stuff with different methods of applying them to your teeth. White Strips by Crest is one of the ones I've tried myself but nothing works as well as placing the bleaching gel in a custom molded tray. That will hold the gel in place and whiten all your teeth instead of just the ones the strips can cover. For those who can afford to go for a professional whitening, check out:

You'll get results in an hour, and a free touch up program, and professionals will help you with any problems or concerns.

I'm certain you can, but whitening agents work best if they stay in contact with your teeth for at least 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Anything you brush on is only going to stay on for a couple of minutes, then get washed away by your saliva.

Yes, I agree with you. but I was thinking that regular brushing will slowly make a difference.

It's doubtful. Or at best results will be very, very slow to show up. Brush on whiteners are generally used to maintain whiter teeth after bleaching, not as your main method of whitening.
