Hi joanj,
A little caution about juicing. You'll need to remember that many of the nutrients of fruits and vegetables are in the fiber of the food - which is exactly what juicing removes. Many of the pigments that give fruits and vegetables their color (the antioxidants) are oil soluble nutrients and are therefore not carried in the juice. You need to eat the pulp (fiber) to get them. This applies to tomatoes, carrots, red and green bell peppers, spinach, watermelon, strawberries, etc.
Hope this helps. Keep up the good work oon your healthy lifestyle!
