I would like to join in, too, if nobody minds. I actually already started, had some medical setbacks, but got back on track this past Monday. I am going by inches and not weight, so I really have about a jean size to lose.
I am definitely exercising! I feel so good on days I work out, which right now is 3 days per week, but I am going to up it to at least 4, maybe 5 starting next week. I am doing the Slim Series DVDs from Beachbody. I can see a difference in my body already, specifically my booty :-)
The eating plan that I am following right now is called Cinch Inch Loss Plan that was released back in August by the company I am a distributor for. It's either 1 or 2 shakes a day, snacks, and a healthy dinner. I have always had either protein shakes or smoothies for breakfast because I am not big on eating "food" for breakfast, and already am a pretty healthy eater, so this plan is pretty easy for me to follow.
