I really enjoy this forum and especially reading Nifty 50's subject how to look after yourself.

Well I am turning 60 soon and have to say it is the happiest, healthiest I have ever felt. Not so sure about the title but it fitted in well.

Love to hear from other people who have just reached the big 60.

Are you not bothered about various skin problems? at this age, one may get skin tags etc. How about those?
