I love the guy as a character (but not as a boss!!) and HOPE he wasn't just back on Raw to push his book since it doesn't come out for a month. I think he will somehow be involved with a show or a PPV with WCW vs WWE and possibly ECW to garner interest in the book.

Perhaps that is where all the "NWO is coming back" rumors have been coming from.

Anyway, my point is, I would like to see Eric back as GM.

I don't like Coach and I don't like Vince. Vince is OK in tiny doses. It's been nice not seeing him for two weeks.

I hope something comes out of Eric's appearance other than a one time thing.

Vince plays his character well and that's why most people hate him.
It's kind of shame that one of the best actors in the WWE is the owner himself. And yet many times, he tends to overact.

I am glad that Bischoff is back as well, if he is indeed back. I would like to see him back as GM. He was the guy that you really loved to hate. I was really excited when I first saw him come to the WWE when they showed him walking by Booker T and Booker said, "Tell me I didn't just see that." Classic.

Eric was really good for the WWE because he brought his old smarmy self from WCW with him. The question now is, if he's back, will he be a Teddy Long or will he be vintage Bischoff? I hope he's vintage Bischoff and picks up where he left off, trying to get the belt from Cena. It may also be interesting to see him as a manager of a faction like the NWO or Three Minute Warning but not the likes of the Spirit Squad. A place where he can interfere in matches to turn the tide for his men. Managers like Captain Lou, Luscious Johnny Valentine, Jimmy Hart and Bobby "The Weasel" Heenan.

However, my heart of hearts lies with him being a GM again.

I hear he was just there to push the book but it is a month away from being sold so why now?

I suspect more.

Let's hope he's back for good! I've always liked Eric the character too. But I think he should be given a prominant role. Either that of GM or Serious Manager of a decent sized stable. (The likes of the Heenan Family, or NWO. NB, I personally don't want another rehash of NWO though).

His book should be a great read. Who's the publisher? If WWE, how much pro "WWE/Vince is frekin' God" editing will there be?

I believe Patty said in a post or a newsletter that it is a "watered down" version because of Vince but she will be able to tell you better.

It won't be too watered down but certainly will have some things skewed or omitted. I know things he couldn't possibly put in there. Will he discuss his wife picking up strippers to take home from the strip club and him taking part? And arrested but later the charges were dropped after he testified in open court? Will he discuss the fact that Hall and Nash got him hooked on coke so they could have creative control? Will he talk about how strung out he was that all he cared about was hanging with the Hollywood stars which is why every week a celeb was on TV or PPV? Will he be able to say a lot of bad things about Vince and WWE (although Vince likes being talked about just not the nitty gritty stuff that certain people know. Eric is one who knows...).

The book will paint Eric as an evil villain stealing WWE's people with Ted's money and getting out of control as Vince slowly pulled the rug out from under him which is sort of what happened.

I plan to read the book. I am hoping there will be some stuff that isn't just intended to be a storyline in there.

I love that coke story. Is that wrong to say?

My My I only read that last post from Patty. Oh Patty you have to write a tell all book.
That is very dirty and underhanded by Nash and Hall and I'm definitley the world's biggest mark for Hall. I'm the self proclaimed Hall-o-holic;
BUT pulling that kind of stuff is really wrong. I wonder what kind of Karma Nash and Hall have waiting for them???........I'll pray for their souls.
But also Bishoff is a very smart businessman and he should have known better than to get caught up in that world....
