So, of all the TNA PPVs, I decided to watch this one.

Except that, when I went to order it, there was no such thing to order. And then I remembered that we in Oz see them on a month delay, so I'll get to see it in October.

So then, I went to the TNA site to see what the results were, and they had the cool banner up with "Our ring has six sides, but only one Angle", and our good friend Kurt up there.

Now I'm one p'd off Cat!

How was it for anyone else that watched it? And Patty, did you know anything about Kurt coming to TNA?

I was there live. An overall pretty darn good ppv and the whole place went Ape [censored] for Angle. They saved it for the very end. He didn't appear...but we all knew. I personally think it'll be a good thing as it might hopefully give him a chance to mellow out & get stuff sorted out before he shows up.

Also if you think of it, it'll be a LOT less rigorous of a schedule, so hopefully it'll promote him to slowly get off the pain killers & give his body the most needed break! It did great deals for Christian. Oh but ALL the possibilities! Kurt Angle vs. Senshi, Angle vs. Joe, Angle vs. Bryan Danielson.

I'm not a big fan of TNA as a whole. Everytime I watch it, I find myself channel surfing within minutes and then forgetting it was even on.
With Kurt Angle's presence, I may actually give it a better try with a Fully Loaded attention span.
I wonder if Angle's going to grab the mic & bad mouth WWE?

There is a video up on You Tube which I have linked from my latest column of the way they introduced him as being part of the roster. Cool looking.

I suspected that TNA was going crazy wanting Angle but I didn't think he could work for 90 days after he was fired so I wasn't expecting that to be the announcement. Only six people knew Angle was going to TNA. It was that big of a secret.

I popped but now I am very worried about Angle and his well being. TNA really only wants ratings and doesn't care that he isn't emotionally or physically really in competition mode at the moment.

They also announced they are going primetime.

And Russo is back. Yay. :-P

No, I believe primetime is just on Thursday's. At least that's what I took from the announcement at the ppv.

I popped like it was nobodies business. I had a feeling it was him, but I wasn't going to believe it until I saw it.

Still Thursdays. But primetime which may or may not be good for ratings. They have real stiff competition in that time slot.

They will do a two hour kick off show then go to one hour but I suspect they will expand if they can hold onto the ratings they get now.

The last PPV we got was Hard Justice. I missed most the first hr. But the rest of the show (IMO) was excellent. The best PPV I'd seen since some of there earlier ones.

Patty you said the booking comittee is changing. Who booked that show? And will the return of Russo hurt things?

I'm stoked Angle is back. Maybe we'll get to see more matches of the Classic Angle type, and a little less Smash Mouth.

I can't help but agree with Dpu with regards to the Great matchup possibilities. Should be awesome! I wish Angle all the best.
