Since the weather has turned cooler, I lit a few candles and I seem to have developed a sensitivity to one of my favorites. I have not used candles much due to having a baby in the house, but I've never had them affect me like this before.
Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a line of candles that don't bother you?

I recommend all natural candles made of beeswax.

Regular fragranced candles are often toxic.

Soy candles are safe too.

I am not sure if this has anything to do with "lit" candles but the newest way to give off scent is using a "Candle Warmer" with a "Wickless Candle."

I notice it that it triples the life of you candle and it's scent throw is more subtle and light.

They are great to have around Kid's too. No open flame to worry about. Just make sure the warmer is out of their reach!

Hope this helps!

With me it is not so much a line of candles that affect me as the type of scent.

I cannot handle any of the floral or "outdoor" scents - they are too overbearing and will more than often set off a migraine. But the scents that are based on cooking (what I consider "soft" scents) like vanilla, caramel, and coffee - all except the ones with cinnamon - everyone seems to make those WAY too strong!

If I want a cinnamon smell about the house I'd rather crank up my crockpot and make a real batch of apple cider!
