Hi everyone,

I'm Veronica Thomas, your new editor. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for 6 years, but I had symptoms for about 4 years prior to diagnosis. I have found solutions to help me to cope with everyday life with minimal pain, and I hope to share with you some of the information that I learned over the years from my Doctor, who does fibromyalgia research, and my support group. I look forward to sharing with you all, and I hope that some of the information that I report will be beneficial to you.

Dr. Wood's the best! I been through years of going to Drs. who don't have a clue. I was under Dr. Wood's care for 3 months and my fibro was in remission for more than a year. He went to Canada for about a year and a half to do more research, and all of his patients ended up reverting backward, mainly because the Dr.'s here would prescibe the meds that he did for FM. But now he's back and I've had one appt. and I started feeling better in a week. Still have a few more kinks to work out, but I have full confidence that I'll be back to my ole self in a few months.

Don't worry, Dr. Wood's goal is to create a medication for fibromyalgia and then other Dr.'s will finally recognize that this is real.
