Does any one know of a programme where they can make palm trees sway. I have a still picture with water and trees. I can make the water move but do not know how to make trees sway.

I have been thinking about your question but don't have an easy solution. I personally would make either a) an animated gif or b) a Flash rendering to create this movement. But I am assuming you are using a java script for the water movement? Is that right? I am not clear how to combine these....could be simple.
