Oh my god. I think I'm pregnant! I had a daughter last December of 2005. She is 9 months now. And life is perfect for this family right now. Her father and I cannot have another child! I mean, we can, but we can't! I don't know how to react. I don't know for sure I'm pregnant, but I haven't hit my period and I'm been throwing up sick for the past couple of days. Every time I think about food I get sick. It feels just like the first time, but a little milder. I don't know how we're going to do this. We are not ready. I was on birth control. I am so scared.

Don't count chickents before they hatch.

Go pick up an over the counter test and see. You may be nerving yourself up for nothing.

And if you are, you'll be okay. I just went through a similar situation. I was freaking out and my daughter is 17 months. Then I adjusted and was excited only to find out I wasn't!

The only time I was ready to get pregnant was the first time - and I've got 3 kids.

Don't make yourself sick with stress. Like Lynn said, get the test - then if it's positive, start preparing.

Your biggest hurdle will be making sure you are healthy enough (particularly if you are still nursing). So just make sure your diet is healthy and well-balanced. If you start freaking out about it, you might start junk-food consoling, and that won't help you feel any better (whether you are pregnant or not!)

Let us know what's happening.

I resigned myself to being pregnant a couple of times and then found I wasn't.

Don't worry about what you can't handle. Calmly work out a way in your head that would work for you in the particular situation that you are stewing about.

My youngest child is 9 and I still have days where I am not sure that I am up for the challenge.

If you are always trying to be someone else how can you be yourself?
So try and be yourself more everyday that way you will never lose who you are.
